Rooms are available from Friday, June 12th 3:00PM EDT - Thursday, June 18th 10:00AM EDT.

Form will close on June 5th at 5PM EDT.

Any cancellations will need to be made by Friday, May 15th at 5:00PM EDT in order to receive a refund.

Rate: $98.50 per person per night for a private bedroom in a shared apartment. A 3% processing fee applies to all registrations and is non-refundable, even if your registration is changed or cancelled.

All dorm accommodations are for registered and paid attendees of the ICBCHT 12 conference. BU reservations will be verified on a rolling basis; any reservation without an active and fully paid conference registration is subject to cancellation at the expense of the person who paid for the room.

Each individual will have their own private bedroom within the shared apartment. We will do our best to honor requests, but they are not guaranteed.

All suitemates must also submit a housing reservation and have an active/paid ICHCHT12 conference registration.
